Comments: Thank you for a very, very good site.
Extremely easy to navigate, and very  interesting.
I have heard that Farthing downs, coulsdon common were burial grounds.
Is this true?
Again thanks,
Tony Kerr.

Hi, I'm hoping that you may be able to help me with some info regarding a former son of your village. His name is Philip Tocock and along with the rest of his family lived in Goodenough Way and went to school in Ketson Avenue,(and then Caterham Secondary ). The Tococks emigrated to Australia about 1967 when Philip was about 19. I've known Philip for about 20 years and he still lives in Sydney. His wife has asked me to see if I can find out any info or school photos/reports from his young years in Old Coulsdon.
Thanking you in anticipation,
Rob Batley

Can anybody help Rob? If so please email him.
